My Journey, My Truth, My Life

My name is Steve Clogstoun and I warmly welcome you to White Warrior Health. White Warrior Health is the culmination of an 19 year journey in the Health, Fitness and Natural Therapies industries. Stirred by a passion to live a full, healthy, happy and energised life. My enthusiasm for this way of life is the motivation to bring all that I know to you, so that you too can become enthusiastic about increasing your fitness, your energy, and your overall well being.
Bachelor Applied Science (Physical Education and Health) / Diploma of Education
Currently I am teaching at various schools in the Melbourne area, covering all levels from Prep to Year 12. A most rewarding part of teaching has been the privilege of working with special needs students as well.

With nearly 2 decades of experience in Holistic and Natural Health, my goal is to assist all my clients improve their health. I specialise in all styles of massage, including Deep Tissue / Sports, Relaxation, Injury rehabilitation, Manual Postural Alignment Massage (a therapy based on Hawaiian Bodywork), and “Boutique Style’ Yoga for the overall improvement of an individual’s health and wellbeing.
For more than 15 years I have been teaching massage in Victorian certified massage colleges as well as running private workshops and seminars through my former company, Positive Health Massage.
The First “DDPYoga” Level 1 Certified Trainer in the Southern Hemisphere
Not only does this program give you aspects of fitness such as flexibility and heart health (cardiovascular), but it develops total body strength and also assists in weight reduction through it’s major message: “Dynamic Resistance”, or simple
“turning all your muscles on” to improve all aspects of body health.
After battling with chronic body injuries for years, after a decade competing in contact sports including professional wrestling, DDPYoga is the fitness regime I’ve been searching for. It has changed my outlook on life. I am so encouraged by the success of this discipline that I have
become a certified trainer with the motivation to bring to as many people as possible the multi-faceted benefits of DDPYoga.
Treating many hundreds of people over the years, my aim is always to have them up and running, as pain free as possible, armed with the knowledge to maintain their own health. My priority is to assist in body rehabilitation, then offer guidance for moving forward towards a healthier and happier self.
My passion is keeping fit and healthy! Daily, I practice DDPYoga. Everyday for at least 30 minutes I complete a session along with either 15 minutes of stairs, 100 squats or 20 minutes on an exercise bike. This routine has become part of my life and has also given me the drive to share this secret with the community
Why do I mention this? Because I practice what I preach, and I want everybody to learn how easy it is to do something small for your body everyday. It doesn’t have to be a lot. Just something.
Being a Personal Trainer for 16 years in conjunction with my massage therapy, I have tried many things and seen many people do what they can to keep fit. It comes down to what you like. Choose what you like to do and stick to it. Increase the time you do it, the speed, anything that makes it a little bit difficult and raises your heart rate……you will see and feel the difference!
Thank you for reading my story. I am proud of who I am today and of the road I’ve taken to get here. It’s been a long journey with many storms, much rain and lots of sunshine, but I am here and I want to share my experience to make you into the person you truly want to be.
