NUTRITION ..... THE SOURCE OF LIFE
I know the value of good nutrition and healthy eating. In this section we are not giving out nutritional programs or are creating our own meals. What we want to do is put up some articles and recipes from other nutrition and dietary experts so you can see exactly what is required to keep you body filled with nutrient's and energy.
I have had a eating problem myself over my time on this earth. It was all connect to trauma, but eating take away or bad foods was my coping mechanism to where I was in my life. Scary when you think that out of 21 meals a week, 18 of mine were junk plus all the snacks. This is what I went through and i am sure that a lot of you have felt the same way. I had a choice, live better or eat rubbish. This was part of the hard decisions i made when I had my breakdown. All things stem from some trauma or having a void to fill, you just have to find it. What ever you believe or what ever you do, treat your self well. I am far from perfect but I am aware, and that all I can be. I had to ask, what do i want, that 5 seconds of pleasure from the first bite and then continual bites or do i enjoy life and what I really want.
I use analogies when teaching and i will use a few here. So yo are a human vehicle, when yo over fill the petrol what happens, it flows out and in our case gets stored.
Become aware of your body's needs and there is nothing wrong with trying something different to see if it works, but remember to understand and get in touch with your body and what it needs.
The type of foods that react well and not so well, how much you really need, and just being satisfied.
I have looked at things like eliminating diary, intimitant fasting, reducing the amount I eat, eliminating caffeine and sugar as much as can, having apple cider vinegar each morning, vitamins to boost the immune system, the foods that don't agree with me, its all about your growth.
Keep it simple in my opinion, enjoy life but treat your body as a temple as they say and be in touch with it.
WWH has also linked up with Ace Physical Education who has a page which has links and ideas for preparing healthy meals, links to websites that promote healthy eating.

I am very honored that people are searching my website and even finding one word, one sentence or one link that changed their lives.
The link below was sent to me by Peyton Wertz. She found inspiration from an article that I placed on my website. If I can help people with the work that I do, that's all the inspiration I need to keep going
Thank you
