Daily Goals, Understanding Affirmations and other Spritual laws

DAILY GOALS, AFFIRMATIONS & OTHER SPIRITUAL TEACHINGS

We hear about goal setting and Daily tasks but why aren't we focusing on ourselves when writing these goals. The universal laws that govern us in a positive way so we can be better. The teachings of many great people, words in books like The Tao Te Ching and so many other simple elements that can help us live a more peaceful, happy and for filling life.  
This section was something I was doing for years but i know I wasn't getting nowhere because I had so much to work on inside me.
I didn't realise that listening to all this was great but then actually having the understanding of yourself to make it a reality and make the appropriate changes so you can be a happier person, well that was the challenge.
It doesn't matter what you follow, but it all leads back to self love, controlling the ego and getting in tune and harmony with you, because you are the superhero. Taming that ego is going to be hard but it can be done and understanding what and how the ego speaks and influences you is amazing.
I found doing these things each day and developing and awareness and a willing to take that step to be better under the safe guide of my mentors Michael McNair and Greg Riley, its going well now and I want to share that knowledge with as many people as I can.
Just a note, everyone and anyone that helped me, gave me a chance or is and was just a friend, thank you. I can't mention you all but just this message for me to you is a little gratitude to all that gave me that little bit of support and made the inner child smile.

Below are two articles I wrote while going through my "Shadow Warrior" journey with Greg Riley and Michael McNair. I was exposed to limiting beliefs because I couldn't put my finger on any or express them the way I wanted. The next document is what i want to be to fix these limiting beliefs, personal goals.

So lets go through what I did....
Daily writing includes
1. Writing what you are grateful for 
2. Putting in words what you will do on this day
3. Make sure you write "...I am grateful for... " & "...Today I will..." & "...Today I am..."
4. Ask the Question "What are your Values ?", write about it

I am writing down affirmations now that I believe and listening to everything i was told for years, be specific and but one more thing, be in tune with the universal laws. This isn't mentioned but as humility, gratefulness, purity, the art of the exchange of receiving and giving and of course love, truth and honesty.
These will be a work in progress and I am sure each and every one of you will also take the time to write these affirmations out for your better good.


Syncronicities & Relevant Messages

I have always been connected, or should I say drawn to particular TV shows, songs, characters and teachings. Things happen for a reason and there is a lesson is every single thing we do. I believe we create our own reality, I also believe that we are brought here with a purpose, we just have to find it. The programming that we are exposed to has an effect but I ask you is it all part of our journey to become better and become us. 
This is a very broad topic but It's something that has taken me close to 30 years to understand, because i was no where near in balance to totally see the many messages that I was receiving, how to be better. This may not make sense right now, but we all have a purpose, a set of super powers that we are given to help people. We just have to do the one thing that will give us that happiness, love ourselves. Through relationships of many kinds, tragedy and triumph these experiences make us and when we talk about syncronicities and moments, well when you look deep, see where you are in your life the answer will come, and usually after you have stepped out of the force of it.

What makes you smile
After the fact look at the triumphs and tragedy's of your life... what's the lesson you can take
Music, TV shows, poetry, why do you keep going back to particular things
I have done that and i am still learning...
I asked to look at what you are doing and feeding your mind and why ?
I can't believe how much I actually love listening to Carl Yung, Wayne Dyer and other leaders in this industry
Then look at some of your past moments that made an impact on your life
Then look at you as a person, where are you at spiritually 
This is why I wanted to share my experience, and maybe assist with others who have these questions

Want to shout out Diana, Sarah, Cortez, Keith, Michelle, Greg, Michael, Deidre and of course anybody who has helped me on my journey... you believe when I didn't, when i was in the cell and didn't even know it. Thank you for guiding me on the yellow brick road, i finally started.
