The Goals of the check in are to self evaluate and -
increase: conscious, intentional awareness and decision making
decrease: unconscious, autopilot, drifting
Take time to answer the questions. Write them down and have a look and see what is influencing you in your life. You'd be surprised, I know I was...
Books - last book I read and what I took from it, book I am reading now and why
Music - what do i listen to, when did I last listen to something new
Podcasts - whats on my playlist, why
Audiobooks - is there an opportunity to listen to something for learning or pleasure
Education - am I learning, when did I last purposefully choose something to learn, if ever (noting most people didnt enrol themselves in school....choose something)
Meditation and mindfulness - How do I create space to sit with my thoughts and observe (not judge) so that I can tweak this dimension.
Media - where do I get my media from, whats the agenda I am consuming (I chose that word “consuming” on purpose). Is there an alternative source
Environment - how is my environment affecting my thinking, when did I last change something in it
Relationships and conversations - are the uplifting and empowering, challenging and diverse....
